An integral part of being a UX designer is being able to understand the
nuances of human interaction and experiences. Being a keen observer, listener and a problem solver with mindful clarity, the digital experiences that I create capture these nuances.
Having worked on complex B2B products and collaborated with product managers, front and back end engineering teams, sales leaders, I am more than familiar with the cross functional team playbook for tech startups. I decipher the need that the product must serve from design sprints and workshops and bridge the gap between c-suite executives (by helping them envision the experience) and the technical teams (by helping them translate it into code).
Collaborating with teams to effectively translate human insights into digital products that stand out in the market as the end goal, is what drives me to grow and learn as a UX designer in the tech landscape.
